Dr. Darrell E. Cline has been dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for more than 30 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska, in 1984, and went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California, in 1988.
Following dental school, Dr. Cline spent six years practicing dentistry in Alaska, where he gained valuable clinical experience serving a diverse patient population. In 1994, he relocated to the Pacific Northwest and has proudly served patients throughout Mukilteo, Everett, and the greater Seattle area ever since.
Driven by a vision of delivering personalized, high-quality dental care, Dr. Cline built his practice from the ground up in 2003. Since then, he has remained committed to combining advanced dental technology with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Through ongoing continuing education and professional development, he stays current with the latest techniques and innovations in dentistry to ensure his patients receive the highest standard of care.
Known for his gentle manner and genuine commitment to treating patients like family, Dr. Cline takes pride in creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, cycling, and spending quality time with his family.
Dr. Colleen Tracy has devoted her life to dentistry and patient care for more than five decades. Her journey began in 1975 as a dental assistant working alongside her father, Dr. Ron Tracy. After graduating from high school, she attended Shoreline Community College and earned her Dental Hygiene degree with honors in 1982.
Driven by a passion for learning and helping others, Dr. Tracy worked as a dental hygienist while saving money to put herself through dental school. She graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1990 and began practicing as an associate with her father and later with Dr. Lyle Ostlund, one of her instructors at the University of Washington.
In 1994, Dr. Tracy purchased Dr. Ostlund’s practice and continued to grow it, eventually building a new state-of-the-art office in the Silver Lake area in 1997. She successfully cared for generations of families there until 2021. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to excellence through extensive continuing education, participating in numerous study clubs and advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, and comprehensive patient care. She has also served as a mentor for the Spear Education Institute, sharing her knowledge and experience with fellow dental professionals.
After working as an associate in several practices, Dr. Tracy realized what she missed most was the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and help people improve their health and confidence through dentistry. In 2025, she joined Harbour Pointe Dental Arts, where she continues to provide the compassionate, gentle, and personalized care that has defined her career.
Dr. Tracy believes that exceptional dentistry begins with listening, understanding, and treating every patient like family. Patients appreciate her warm demeanor, gentle touch, and the wealth of experience she brings to every appointment.
Outside the office, Dr. Tracy enjoys tennis, fitness, spending time with her family, and helping care for her grandson, Marshall. She is also devoted to supporting her parents, who are in their 90s. Whether in her personal life or professional life, caring for others remains at the heart of everything she does.
Our goal at Harbour Pointe Dental Arts is to provide for our patients the absolute premium in cosmetic and general dentistry- and to deliver it in a manner that focuses entirely on you, our patient. We will provide for our patients as we would for our families.
